Kempsey Library has a fantastic line-up of events to keep young minds busy and entertained these school holidays!

Kick things off on Monday 14 April with a Manga Drawing Workshop from 11am to 12:30pm, led by artist Stephen Mcleod. This fun and relaxed session is perfect for manga fans of all skill levels—no experience or materials needed! Register now at ksc.pub/manga.

In the afternoon, dive into a world of imagination with a beginner-friendly Dungeons & Dragons session from 2pm to 5pm. Whether you're new to D&D or already know your way around a character sheet, this session is perfect for adventurers aged 12–18. Contact Mel at melanie.webb@kempsey.nsw.gov.au or call Kempsey Library on 65663 210.

Younger kids will love our Easter Storytime with Piper the Story Dog on Monday 22 April from 10:30am to 11:30am. There’ll be stories, songs, craft and of course, plenty of time for pats with Piper!

And don’t miss the Drug and Alcohol Info Pop-Up, an interactive travelling display at Kempsey Library from 7 to 26 April. It’s packed with helpful information and great conversation starters for the whole community. On Thursday 24 April, join us for a special event with games, mocktails and a chance to explore the Drug Hub exhibition.

All events are free, but bookings are essential where noted. We can’t wait to see you at the library!
