Borrowing

Kempsey Shire Libraries operate in partnership with the Port Macquarie-Hastings Library Service, and this joint arrangement is known as the Mid North Coast Library Co-operative. 

You can borrow up to 30 items for a maximum of 3 weeks with the following exceptions:

DVDs - you can borrow up to 10 at any one time

CDs - you can borrow up to 10 at any one time

Magazine titles - you can borrow up to 5 of a specific title 

Audiobooks - 7 titles at any one time

Overdue items

We ask that you kindly consider others and return all items on time. 

Damaged, lost or non-returned items

You will receive reminders for items that are due to be returned. 

If you have a damaged or lost item please contact us as soon as possible to organise a replacement.

Renewals

You will receive reminders for items due to be returned by email, SMS or letter. 

Items that have no reserves will be automatically renewed three times. If you wish to renew your items you can visit us in person, by calling 6566 3210, online or through the Mid North Coast Library App.
