Get gaming at Kempsey Library

Thanks to a Local Priorities Grant from the State Library of NSW, Kempsey Library is ready to game.

The grant enabled the purchase of 2 Alienware gaming PCs with games like Fortnite, Rocket League, Roblox Studio, RuneScape, and more that are ready to play.

There's also a PlayStation 5 and XBOX Series X with a variety of games to jump into in a solo mission or to go up against your friends.

How do you book in for the PS5 or XBOX?

Speak to staff at the front desk, and they can book you in to use the PS5 or XBOX.

Please bring your library card (and headphones) with you so staff can loan the controller onto your account.

Sessions go for an hour, or longer if no one else is waiting. Please return the controller to a member of staff.

How do you book in for the gaming PC?

You don’t need to book in to use an Alienware PC.

If the computer is free you can start straight away. Sessions go for an hour, or longer if no one else is waiting.

The gaming centre is located in the Youth space in Kempsey Library.
